Annie's been here most of the week with Jamie. Not wild that he's so much older but she's happy. He even called last night to tell me she was sleeping over there. At least he's responsible.

He took Gus and Annie to the Smithsonian. Gus came back in a different shirt. Apparently Jamie needed stitches.

So I've had this journal for a few weeks. I think Elizabeth is right that I should use this. It would seem that even her father has a journal these days. I'm sure we'll be treated to more boring lectures even from a distance.

But this weekend we're in DC for him. At least Gus enjoyed the Egg Roll today despite the rain.

Now if we could only get him to sleep.
