"Keep eating." He gets up to go get the baby.

Annie: She sighs, eating half, waiting for him to come back.

Doug: He walks back in. "Hey, look who I have."

Annie: She takes the baby from him, cuddling him close, he's still half asleep, "My Jojo." She kisses his face as he blinks to her, "He loves us after all." She rubs his chest.

Doug: "Josiah loves everyone."

Annie: "I mean you."

Doug: "Of course I do."

Annie: "We didn't think you did." "Keep eating."

Annie: She lets Jo taste the cream cheese from the bagel, then eating it with a grin.

Doug: "Good girl."

Jo: Jo bounces at the new taste, wanting more.

Doug: "Is that good Josiah?"

Annie: Annie grins, giving him more, getting a kiss from him.

Doug: He laughs. "Watch for the band-aid."

Annie: "Daddy thinks he's funny, Jo."

Doug: "I am funny."

Annie: "Not at all he isn't."
Hello, This is Douglas Westin. My daughter Ann was mentioned in your magazine today. We are requesting a retraction on several counts. First, she is not married to Jamie Sanders yet. The wedding date has not been set. Second, she has never been and is currently not pregnant. It was a joke, albeit a bad one.

Please cease and desist from stalking my daughter. Any further mention that she is married or pregnant until either condition is true will be met with a letter from our attorneys.

I can be reached at this number if any additional information is needed.

Annie's been here most of the week with Jamie. Not wild that he's so much older but she's happy. He even called last night to tell me she was sleeping over there. At least he's responsible.

He took Gus and Annie to the Smithsonian. Gus came back in a different shirt. Apparently Jamie needed stitches.

It was nice to have time with just Lizzie. I can't believe we're only a month away from three.

So I've had this journal for a few weeks. I think Elizabeth is right that I should use this. It would seem that even her father has a journal these days. I'm sure we'll be treated to more boring lectures even from a distance.

But this weekend we're in DC for him. At least Gus enjoyed the Egg Roll today despite the rain.

Now if we could only get him to sleep.
